Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Logo-Corner. By signing up as a client of Logo-Corner you agree to be legally bound to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as Logo-Corner reserves the right to update the terms of use at any time without notice to you. The latest version of the terms of use will always be available on the “Terms of Use” link. Your use the logo Corner web site signifies the complete acceptance of the terms of use. Logo-Corner agrees to yield all rights associated with ownership and usage of the custom materials developed by Logo-Corner upon receiving approval of the final artwork.

Description of Services

Logo Corner offers two graphic design services: custom logos and pre-design logos. In addition, Logo-Corner offers stationery, brochures and business cards. Other services include the modification and customization of design products.

Ownership/Copyrights & Trademarks

Final artwork of any custom logo project becomes the property of the client, having unlimited, indefinite, and free use of that artwork upon approval of the final version. Logo-Corner retains the right to display the artwork in portfolio or advertising material. Any preliminary work which is not selected by the client, or is not sent along with the final package, remains full property of Logo-Corner.

Limitations of Use

You may use the logo/pre-design logo purchased at Logo-Corner for personal or commercial use.
You may modify, or have a third party perform the modifications of any custom logo template after purchase to meet your specific requirements.
You may use a purchased custom logo design without any restrictions as required for your commercial or personal use.
You may resell a purchased custom logo template as part of a finished design project.

Product Delivery

1. All interaction happens over the internet. We are also available by phone. However, you will be notified of your concepts' availability in your Logo-Corner account via email. Revisions must be sent through your account at Logo-Corner. All Logo-Corner products are digital files delivered through emails and download links provided to the costumer.

2. Order confirmation will be sent to your email confirming the start of the project, within one business day after payment approval.

3. Initial concept will be delivered within 24 business hours, after order confirmation

4. All download links expire after 48 hours. A download link can be renewed however this requires your request.
By purchasing with Logo-Corner you agree to the following:

1. The download links will be emailed to you in 5 to 30 minutes during business hours or next business day.
2. Any design purchased with modification services will be delivered within 24 hours.
3. Logo-Corner may refund any potentially fraudulent purchase.

Revisions

1. Interaction will happen over the internet.

2. Revisions requests must be submitted through your Logo-Corner account.

3. Depending on the package you selected, revisions consist from 1 to unlimited number of versions of the original concept in which the changes you requested will be included. The purpose of the revision process is to form and mold the concept we created for your company or business based on the information you provide us with. Changes requested on the original approved concept are all acceptable; however Logo-Corner will be happy to work on major changes that require great graphic effort for a $25 fee. No revision work that requires further payment will start without previous authorization from the client.

4. Initial revisions will typically take 1-5 business days to complete, depending on the package you select. Guaranteed 2 day delivered service is available for additional 20 percent of the value of the selected package.

5. You agree to provide timely responses to any status notifications send to you by Logo-Corner. You will have 30 days to respond to each notification from us. Logo-Corner will not proceed on the project until response from you has been received. If after 30 days you have failed to respond, Logo-Corner will assume the project is complete.

From there on Logo-Corner will have no further obligation to you. Logo-Corner is entitled to end the project and terminate your access to it at any time, with or without notice to you. Logo-Corner will determine, in its sole discretion, whether you´re entitled to any refund.

Final Delivery

Upon completion of your project you will receive notice and you will be able to access your final files on your Logo-Corner account in the following formats: Eps/ AI & CDR, Jpg & png, Png, PSD and Zip. Additional files will be available upon request.

Additional Work

Should the client require additional services beyond the package outline, the client will be provided with a price list for such changes. Additional work will begin after payment has been processed.

Refund Policy

Logo- Corner is completely committed to delivering a logo you are totally satisfied with. At any time before requesting your first revision you can stop the project and ask for your money to be refunded minus a $30 transaction fee. Refunds will be process within 2-5 business days from the day you requested it. This refund will be voided if any of the following conditions apply: If you have requested revisions, approved the logo or requested a second set of concepts; If we do not hear back from you for more than 30 days; If you have approved your logo; If the company we are making the logo for closes, changes their name, or their activity. Refunds are only available to the actual Client for whom the logo was created. No refund is available for design firms or for those who order our design services on behalf of another entity. By receiving your refund you understand that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any concept or other work product, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same. No refund policy applies when purchasing the Elementary Logo Package.

Stationery Orders

Stationery orders, design and printing do not fall under our 100% Guarantee. There is only a small amount of design related to the development of stationery; therefore there is no reason that we should have to refund the package. You do however fall under our 100% satisfaction guarantee, which means Logo-Corner will continue designing until you are 100% satisfied.

Other Services Guarantee and Refund Policy

Any service other than logo design, does not fall under our guarantee/refund policy. Refunds for other services such as, but not limited to: web design, label design, printed material, rush packages and other print designs will be left to the sole discretion of Logo-Corner. No refund policy applies when purchasing the Elementary Logo Package.

Trade Marks and Service Marks

Logo-Corner expects the client to do a thorough research on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark etc. to protect the clients legal rights to any name or image. Logo-Corner will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.

Chargeback

The Logo-Corner will assess a $35 processing fee in the event of a charge back. Client will also be liable for all collection and legal expenses incurred in the collection of funds owe to Logo-Corner for services rendered or breach of contract. Client concedes that Logo-Corner will pursue and enforce these terms to the fullest extent of the law.

Legal Disputes

Client hereby agrees and consents to venue in New York, N.Y. USA, in the event of any legal action regarding these Terms and Conditions or of any copyright enforcement regarding the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.
