• When do you start working on my project?
At logo-Corner we start working on your project as soon as we receive your logo request and payment.

• How long does it take before I can see my concepts?

Your concepts will be shown to you 24 business hours after we receive your payment.

• How can I see my concepts?

The logo concepts will be uploaded to a private link on our web site where you will be able to view them and choose the logo concept that you like the most.

• How many changes may I ask for my logo?

The number of changes or revisions will depend on package you ordered. See logo prices.

• What if I don`t like any of the initial designs?

If for some reason, we don´t match your criteria in the initial drafts, we will give you a free redraw session with completely new logo variations. See logo prices.

• What if I have my own idea for the logo?

Sure! Any ideas or requests you may have for your future logo you may indicate in your logo request. Please be as specific as possible.

• Can you redo my existing logo?

Yes. Please provide us with the latest version of your logo. We will pimp it for you!

• Do you do illustrations?

Our packages and prices do not include illustration designs.

• What is the difference between a corporate image and illustration?

There is a big difference between a corporate image and illustration. Corporate images are very simple, which makes them unique, memorable and highly recognizable from any distance and at any size.
Illustrations are usually a more complex artwork that looses its quality when reduced in size. Very busy images like these are hard to read and recognize.

• Do you make logos for products, services, or events?

Yes, we create any type of graphic identity.

• Who keeps the rights of the logo?

All the rights of the Artwork and Logos we create for our customers belong to them.

• Why does the color look different when I print it?

Your personal printer doesn`t use exact colors that you see on the screen. You have to calibrate your printer with the screen first for the best match. For top quality printing please use our Printing Services
       
  
• What do you mean by "exclusive" logo designs?

By purchasing one of our exclusive logo templates, you get exclusive rights to it. We´ll take it out of our catalog right after your purchase and it will never be offer for sale again.

• What file formats are the logo designs available in?

Our logo templates come in a range of formats, making it easier for you to use them. Depending on whether you’ve chosen a vector or 3D logo design, it’ll come in popular formats including jpg, bmp, tif and gif files in full colors and black and white. You can use your logo in websites, Microsoft Office, email, signatures, signs, billboards, apparel and more.
• How can I make my purchase?

Once you´ve chosen your desired logo from our catalog, you can make your purchase on-line using our secure and automated checkout system.

•  What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

• How do I know my credit card details will be safe if I purchase via your website?

Logo-Corner is 100% safe and secure. Our rigorous security practices protect your financial information and eliminate any risk associated with purchasing. We don't store your credit card information or PayPal account details on our servers or the servers of our merchant account providers. We encrypt all checkout pages wherever you have to enter financial information.
• I've placed an order. What next?

All our orders are downloadable; therefore you should not wait for a physical package to come to you.

Once you´ve placed an order for one our logos or templates, the billing information check process takes about 5 minutes during office hours.  Once details are verified you´ll receive an email with either a zip attachment or a download link.
